This website and Stadwell Work Bulletin are operated by Stadwell LLC. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to niesha@stadwell.com. Our notice describes how information should be handled when you choose to share it through an available communication service.

Requests you can make

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal details connected to you. We may ask for enough verification to protect your information and may preserve legally required records. Send requests to niesha@stadwell.com; avoid attaching unnecessary identity documents.

Information that supports the work

A conversation about a direct part-time role can contain your name, email, role preference, availability, and message text. Optional messaging can involve a mobile number, opt-in data, consent, and opt-out or help requests when the SMS service is activated.

Permitted purposes

Information actually received may be used to respond to inquiries, organize role interests, support company communications, respect SMS choices, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations. It should not be used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis.

Care & accountability

Restrictions on mobile data

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared for other parties' marketing. Providers performing message delivery, hosting, security, or compliance work may process the minimum information needed to support that work.

Retention and security practices

The duration of retention should follow the purpose of a record and any applicable legal, compliance, or dispute needs. Reasonable organizational and technical safeguards are appropriate for information received. A guarantee against every loss or unauthorized access is not possible.

Text preferences and young visitors

For an active program, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; email is also available for questions. This site and its messaging program are not designed for children under 13. Please tell us if a child's information may have been provided so it can be reviewed.

Reviewing this notice
